CUSTOM STEEL HOME

This home has a R40 Insulation rating in the roof and a R30 in the walls.
All interior walls are insulated for sound barrier. The exterior walls are 12" in depth to create a custom look thrught the home. 
This home was built in 2006.
The home is all done with commercial grade electrical and plumbing componets to maintain the fireproof and maintance free home.
The foundation in this home was cross cut concrete and stained for the appearance of a marble rock.
The stained glass is framed into the wall to allow us to enjoy it from both sides.
All wood work was custom done in cedar wood with the idea to recreat the old style tradional trim.
The designs were provided from the customer.
Interior walls are non traditional texture styles.
