About Me

Mr. Browning enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. in 1978 and spent 11 years in the service of his country. He was assigned to an infantry unit for 3 yrs, a recon Special Forces unit for 3 yrs, and finished his service with an intelligence unit with the air wing division out of Aurora, CO.  He gained the rank of first Sergeant during his tour of duty.   He finished his service in Texas as a reservist.

He worked for Grand Tree Furniture as a marketing director in Texas under Matt Clifford, Vice President for marketing, for the entire US market.  He directly assisted Mr. Clifford a new system of marketing for rental returned merchandise which is still the standard to this day.

He then returned to college to complete a 2 yr Nursing/Surgical Technology degree.  He worked at several hospitals over an 8 yr period, specializing in Operating Room procedures; he was an acting first assistant to the surgeon, performed surgery, specialist in instrumentation/ sterile tech. and ER duties. 

Mr. Browning began his construction career in 1993, when he opened T.U.W.W. Enterprises.  This company started out constructing barns, workshops, custom fab work, etc.  After 3 yrs he began general contracting doing turn key construction from slab to finish out.  T.U.W.W. grew into a 6 million dollar company.  Building everything from 20,000 sq ft houses to 180,000 sq ft climate controlled storage complex.

Following is a partial list of projects completed:

·       Pueblo Tire Store in Alice 18,000 sq ft with offices warehouse, and service area

·       Spohn Dialysis Clinic in Alice, TX All structural steel, roofing system, and covered canopy areas.

·       Access Storage in Corpus Christi, TX 180,000sq ft Climate Controlled storage complex with a 2600 sq ft resident house turn key construction.

·       Star Bucks, Tilt wall construction, all structural steel and roofing system, as well as canopy structures.

·       Sonic Drive Inn Rockport, TX, Mathis, TX Designed and constructed new style of Drive Inn canopy sections and covers for diners.  Unique only to these 2 stores.

·       Appliance Marts Corpus Christi, TX Complete Construction of warehouse, all structural steel, truss systems and roofing system for both stores.

·       Saturn Dealership Corpus Christi, TX all demo and reconstruction of service shop, show room, and new service drive.

Mr. Browning opened a second company in 2002 called Gator Steel Fabrication.  This company was formed as a material supplier for T.U.W.W. Enterprises.  In 2003, Gator Steel and T.U.W.W. became one company.  Over the past 17 yrs we have constructed over 1200 structures across Texas and grossed over 50 million in total sales.   As of the last 3 yrs we have began doing a considerable amount of specialized work for general contractors such as Safenet Services, LLC.

Example:

The wall replacement project at CCAD NAS Corpus Christi, Texas  Demo and reconstruction of the helicopter cleaning shop at same location.  We have also begun custom steel home design and construction.
